Installation of Parts

Holz-her parts can be delicate and may contain sensitive electrical components. We strongly recommend for the installation of parts to be carried out by experienced personnel. Failure to fit parts correctly may result in warranty claims being rejected.

Safety is of paramount consideration and all parts should be fitted by qualified personnel to avoid injury due to incorrect installation.

Warranty

Holz-Her parts are covered by a 3 month limited warranty. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the part arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than for its intend purpose, failure to correctly install part, or any alterations.

Shipping Methods and Costs

The applicable postage and handling fee will be calculated upon checkout, and delivery within Australia is 2-5 days. For international orders customers must contact us first for a quote, delivery is approximately 10 days and postage and handling charges will differ.

The postage and handling fee applies per order and is calculated based on the number/weight of products ordered. The order will be shipped to the address supplied on the online order form. In the case of a delay to the order or a shipping problem, we will use best efforts to rectify the issue and contact you to advise of the delay.

Most orders will be sent by Express Post, prices will depend on weight and quantity. For international, overweight or oversized items, you must contact us first for quote.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be made prior to dispatch by contacting us on 1800 558 258. The Returns Policy outlined below will apply to parts which have already been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Faulty Parts:

If parts supplied are found to be faulty, you may contact our spare parts within fourteen days (14) at 1800 558 258 to obtain a return Authorisation number. You will need to quote this number on your original invoice and send along with the faulty part to our Returns Department for us to process your refund. Unauthorised returns will not be processed. You must return the parts in its entirety and original condition. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any damages or loss during return transit; please ensure you have appropriate shipping insurance if needed.

Parts found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum $25 carriage and administration charge.

Non Faulty Parts:

We ask you to choose parts carefully to ascertain if they are correct. We have provided PDF files to assist you in sourcing the correct parts but these are a guide only and should not be relied on. Entering the correct part number is the best way to ensure the correct part is delivered. All non faulty parts and wrong parts ordered by the customer will incur a 30% restocking fee upon return. Refund will cover the invoiced amount for the part less restocking fee only. All shipping costs are non-refundable for non-faulty parts. You must return the parts in its entirety and original condition*. Any missing parts or components will be deducted from refund total. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any damages or loss during return transit; please ensure you have appropriate shipping insurance if needed.
